Well & Ordered and MiraVista Coaching LLC are committed to protecting your privacy and data.  Your personal information or email will never be sold or shared for any reason.   Well & Ordered and MiraVista Coaching LLC will only use personal information collected from this site for purposes of communication with individuals who contact the business via the site.  Well & Ordered and MiraVista Coaching LLC uses IP address information and anonymous browser history for purposes of web presentation and utilization, this information is not associated back to individual users.

Terms and Agreement

This website is intended for informational purposes only.  Michelle Walter DO is offering services as a home organizer and coach only and not as a practicing physician or mental health professional.

Process Ownership​

 

Regarding the editing, sorting and organizing of items, the Client maintains process ownership. Well & Ordered recognizes items as the property of the Client and final decisions about items belong to the Client.

Project Outcomes

Project outcomes depend on the Client’s willingness to participate in the process; sorting, editing and donating items when necessary. Long-term maintenance of organization relies on the Client’s commitment to maintaining the order and quantity of items in the space.

Confidentiality

Due to the sensitive nature of our work and the trust it requires our Clients to place in us, we ensure complete privacy during our work together. The information of and in possession of the Client will be treated with confidentiality and respect at all times.

Cancellations​

​

When a Client books an appointment with Well & Ordered, that time slot is reserved exclusively for the Client and is not available to be scheduled for anyone else. Last minute cancellations often result in lost income and time for the Organizer. Due to this irreplaceable loss, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellation. Cancellations must be made via phone call or email.  The time of cancellation will be recorded based on the timestamp of the communication.

Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50. No show appointments will be charged the full session rate, regardless of how many hours were scheduled. Cancellation or no show fees are expected to be paid within seven (7) days.

Payment

​

Payment is due the day services are rendered, unless multiple sessions are scheduled for one week, in which case the payment is due on the last day of the week in which the work is completed.

​

Payment methods include:

Cash – Paid directly to the Organizer on site

Check – Paid directly to the Organizer on site (Checks are payable to: Michelle Walter)
